I would like to thank the electors of Mount Coot-tha for the honour of serving you for another term as your Member of Parliament.
I look forward to the ongoing challenge of making our beautiful part of Brisbane an even better place to live. No matter how you voted, I pledge to give you the best representation possible.
I would like to thank everyone for the many messages of congratulations I have received and also to those members of the public who came forward to help with my campaign.
I am confident that Anna Bligh’s new team will steer our State through the global economic crisis, while continuing to put the infrastructure and services in place to deliver the best outcomes for Queenslanders.

|  | Bicentennial Shared Pathway Upgrade
The planned upgrade to the Bicentennial shared pathway between Cribb Street and Park Road, Milton has commenced.
Scheduled for completion in 3-4 months, a temporary boardwalk has been installed to ensure access for pedestrians and cyclists.
Those wishing to avoid construction may alternately wish to take advantage of the detour route which has been designated. | |

| Toowong Cycle & Pedestrian Overpass NOW OPEN
Take a stroll or ride your bike to take advantage of this
wonderful piece of community infrastructure.
This has been an issue for a generation, and I am proud to have
secured the funds and now see the completion of this project.
I also believe it will add enormous amenity to those who
live and work in the Toowong community
